Meet our Team

Bruce Peters

Bruce brings decades of experience as a CEO, peer group architect, and leadership facilitator. He founded and exited a law firm with 150 employees before dedicating his career to helping others do the same. He designed and facilitated award-winning peer group models in Rochester and scaled them nationally through TEC/Vistage, Renaissance Forums, and CEOhq. As founder of Beyond Teal LLC, he’s guided over 1,000 leaders to lead with clarity and purpose. His facilitation experience and Peter Block–inspired methodology are foundational to this program.

Chloe Handelman

Chloe brings over a decade of experience helping organizations—from economic development nonprofits to B Corps—build the systems, strategies, and cultures they need to thrive. She founded Better Business Operations, where she acted as a fractional COO and Director of Operations, developing operational roadmaps to bridge strategy to day-to-day execution. Her work includes guiding leaders through operational debt, strengthening leadership capacity, and designing organic operating systems that foster alignment and resilience. With a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and advanced training in regenerative business and alternative ownership through LIFT Economy’s Next Economy MBA, she blends operational rigor with values-driven innovation to prepare organizations for what comes next.
